Young Professionals Commission (YPC)

The Young Professionals Commission (YPC) is dedicated to advancing the career development, professional practice, and personal growth of the emerging generation within NACVA by championing initiatives that attract, engage, and retain rising talent. Through innovative educational programming, meaningful networking opportunities, and intergenerational collaboration, the YPC works to ensure the Association is making a measurable and lasting impact on younger professionals’ careers. The Commission actively supports leadership development, strengthens connections between younger members and seasoned professionals, revitalizes engagement at the state chapter level, and expands NACVA’s presence across related professional communities. In doing so, the YPC helps cultivate the next generation of leaders while ensuring the continued evolution, relevance, and vitality of the profession.
