Program Description:
The ability to "tell the story" to the trier of fact is what sets some financial experts apart. The inability to tell the story sinks the case. This webinar will take the concept of economic damages from the conceptual level down to the story level and the pictures that are worth 1,000 words. Temporary loss periods and permanent loss of value damages will be presented and discussed.
After completing this webinar, attendees will be able to:
- Identify complex damage concepts in simple terms
- Select and design exhibits that enhance damages testimony
- Recognize and improve on-the-stand presence and effectiveness
