Christopher Mercer, ASA, CFA, ABAR, founder and CEO of Mercer Capital, Mr. Mercer will introduce the idea of managing wealth in private companies with the same intensity, integrity, and focus that is applied to liquid asset portfolios, profit sharing, and other retirement plans, etc. "In this talk, I start off by comparing a business owner's (or consultant's) current status quo, with his or her business end game, which must prepare us for the rest of our lives. The time between the current status quo and the business end game is 'interim time,' which passes inexorably. It is what we do in interim time, the decisions we make and implement, that determine the success of our business end games," states Mercer.
