Participants will learn how to generate targeted cross-examination questions, including anticipating challenging inquiries that may be posed against their own experts. A key component will involve leveraging AI to develop comprehensive cross-examination strategies for opposing experts. Furthermore, attendees will gain skills in utilizing AI to synthesize complex information and generate concise, comparative one-pagers for attorneys, effectively highlighting the key differences and similarities between expert opinions.
