Program Description:
Blockage/DLOM is often the largest and most contentious adjustment in business valuation. We introduce exchange option models for estimating Blockage/DLOM discounts. We present an online utility, available on your desktop, laptop, or smartphone, providing instant access to theoretically robust and empirically supported Blockage/DLOM discount calculations. You will generate Blockage/DLOM discounts for individual stocks and stock portfolios grouped by size deciles, two-digit SIC codes, and combinations of size deciles and the two-digit SIC codes in seconds.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Differentiate between different option-based models and assess their applicability to the valuation engagements
- Select the appropriate criteria and create theoretically robust and empirically supported Blockage/DLOM discounts instantly
- Recognize and understand the result analysis data
