In this course, we will discuss the types of management services found in the healthcare marketplace and focus on how an appraiser can analyze the key economics of management services agreements. We will examine critical factors in valuing management services, address relevant valuation approaches, and consider how the commercial reasonableness of these arrangements can be evaluated and assessed as part of the valuation process.
