Program Description:
The majority of finance practitioners still see Microsoft Excel as a go-to platform for financial modeling and planning. Microsoft continues to introduce new functionality, enhancing our ability to perform more robust forecasting and planning without requiring a migration away from the platform. Many finance practitioners desire to increase their familiarity with Excel, allowing them to save more time, eliminate mistakes, and minimize unnecessary rework. The advent of dynamic arrays will enhance practitioners' abilities to achieve those objectives.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Determine how to transition an Excel model into a highly-flexible, dynamic format using Excel’s new dynamic arrays functions, allowing the model to self-update with minimal human involvement
- Identify which dynamic functions are the most appropriate and advantageous in different modeling circumstances
