Program Description:
The unfortunate thing about pricing your services is that it’s impossible to do perfectly. But you can certainly do it better than you have been ... and literally add thousands of dollars to your top line.
ROI Pricing is the missing link between the value of a client's problem and the fee you can charge for solving it. Thus, if you know the value of the client's problem and their required return for investing in you, you can agree on a mutually acceptable price without discounting your fee.
ROI Pricing is a critical skill for converting prospects into clients and landing more work at better fees. To do that, you need a whistle-wetting ROI for every level of service you provide for every client problem you solve. You can do this!
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Identify the price of your services objectively and transparently and avoid thousands of dollars in lost revenue as a result of fee discounting
- Determine and translate a "new" levels of value diagram to hone in on the value of a client's problem
- Select and use all the provided worksheets received to implement ROI pricing in your practice
