Program Description

This webinar focuses on navigating the nuances, challenges and subtleties of the discovery process. Forensic experts can best serve their clients by assisting on the "front end" of the discovery process by identifying the pertinent entities, parties and record types. However, forensic experts are often brought into a matter after discovery has been closed. Means by which to deal with circumstances will also be addressed.

Learning Objectives

After completing this webinar, attendees will be able to:
  • Construct pre-discovery requests for production to assist counsel
  • Demonstrate how to go beyond discovery if brought into an assignment after discovery is closed

Who Should Attend

CPAs, attorneys, valuation practitioners providing expert witness testimony
