NACVA would like to thank and recognize the following outstanding members:
Dr. DiGabriele is managing partner of DiGabriele, McNulty, Campanella & Co., LLC, Certified Public Accountants, Forensic Accountants and Business Advisors. He is actively engaged in the practice of public accounting for over 30 years. Dr. DiGabriele has qualified as an expert in Federal and State Courts in matters of; business valuation, economic damages, matrimonial disputes, partner/shareholder disputes, tax fraud, and commercial damages.
Dr. DiGabriele is also a Full/Tenured Professor of Accounting at Montclair State University. His primary research focuses on forensic accounting, private company valuation, investigative accounting, and auditing. His articles have appeared in numerous academic and professional journals including, Accounting Horizons, Issues in Accounting Education, Critical Perspectives on Accounting, Journal of Legal Economics, Journal of Forensic & Investigative Accounting, Journal of Forensic Accounting Research, The CPA Journal, The Value Examiner and Journal of Accountancy.
Kerrie Merrifield, CPA, ABV, CFF, MAFF
Kerrie Merrifield has been working in the accounting, forensic accounting, and litigation support field for over 30 years. Kerrie's practice focuses on Family Law, Civil Law, Business Valuation, Economic Damage Analysis, Forensic Accounting, and Trust and Estate Fraud. Kerrie has been qualified and testified as an expert in both bench and jury trials. With over 3 decades of accounting and litigation support experience, Kerrie has fine-tuned her methods to advantageously use the most advanced research and analysis techniques and her experience to consistently deliver defendable and non-biased reports. Kerrie has offices in Orange County, CA.
Kerrie is the currently involved in many industry organizations Boards and community organizations including:
- Chair of the Litigation Forensic Board with NACVA
- Secretary on the National FEWA Board
- Board member for NACVA's Business Interruption educational creative team
- Board Member on the NACVA Litigation Regulation Compendium
- Kerrie's teaching experience includes creating and presenting seminars on Business Interruption Claims with NACVA and Expert Witness Educational Workshops
