Alice Osei Okrah, Ghana
Alice is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the Africa Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analyst, (AACVA) a chapter of NACVA, USA. She holds an MBA (Corporate & International Finance) from the University of Leicester, UK and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Degree from the University of Cape Coast. She is also a holder of the Ghana Securities Industry Certificate and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.
Alice has over 22 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business valuation, corporate finance, financial modeling, portfolio management and business development.

Steven M. Dotterer, JD, MBA, CVA, MAFF, CEPA
Steven M. Dotterer is Director of Business Development and Litigation Support at H2R CPA in Pittsburgh, PA. and currently leads all aspects of H2R CPA’s Business Valuation & Litigation Support practice. Steve conducts valuations for a variety of purposes, including estate, gift, acquisition, corporate planning, regulatory compliance and litigation support. He also serves as a financial expert in matrimonial litigation cases. Steve is experienced in valuing companies of all sizes, from lower middle market companies in a variety of industries to professional sports teams, in western Pennsylvania and throughout the U.S. In 2020, the NACVA recognized Steve as one of its 40 Under Forty financial consulting professionals. In 2023, Steve was elected to the Ethics Oversight Board (EOB) of NACVA and was honored with election to Chair of the NACVA Ethics Oversight Board in 2024.
