NACVA would like to thank and recognize the following outstanding members:

Renee Fair
Reneé Fair, CVA
Ms. Fair, is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Trustee Capital LLC, a certified business valuation and analytics consulting firm specializing in business valuations, custom analytics, and robotic automation (RPA) solutions in Tampa FL. Prior to Trustee Capital LLC, she spent over 15 years working in the financial and healthcare industries in areas of corporate regulatory reporting, wealth and retirement planning, financial compliance, and most recently data science, process automation, and financial analytics. Ms. Fair has developed numerous world-class automation and business intelligence solutions including but not limited to the identification of more than $500MM in free cash-flow improvement opportunity, automation of suspicious order monitoring using anomaly detection models, and development of predictive models to predict non-compliance for the compliance and policy initiatives. Over the years, she crafted her valuation and financial skills by working with local Tampa Bay firms and leading Fortune 500 companies to increase profitability and operational efficiency, empower stronger decision making, mitigate risk, and enhance value capture during mergers and acquisition activity.

Ms. Fair is currently serving as a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She is also an active member of the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC), the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) to help drive emerging and middle market growth. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Arkansas State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tampa.

Nainesh Shah
Nainesh Shah, CVA, CFA
Nainesh Shah was born and raised in Mumbai, India. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Dalhousie University in Canada and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from MS University in India. In 1994, he accepted a position in New York City due to a deep interest in money management. As a portfolio manager and senior investment committee member, he has served as a liaison between the investment, marketing, and sales departments and conveyed portfolio designs and alternatives to external advisers and investors. His contributions aided in expanding the AUM from $1 billion to $6 billion at its peak. His experience in public market equities led him to private market valuation. He is now the go-to valuation expert for gift estate attorneys assisting high-net-worth clients. Nainesh is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of New York. He has contributed articles to publications such as the CPA Journal and Trust and Estate Magazine, and presented webinars on various valuation topics. He coaches those in financial need on a pro bono basis. Behavioral finance and artificial intelligence are two of his career interests.
