NACVA would like to thank and recognize the following outstanding members:

Gregory M. Clark, CPA, CVA, MAFF
Gregory (Greg) Clark is a native of northwest Indiana, and the founder and managing member of GMC & Company. Mr. Clark leads the firm’s valuation, litigation support, and consulting services.
Mr. Clark has an extensive background in working with privately owned businesses and is exceptionally knowledgeable in the business valuation industry having testified in trials and hearings on issues including the valuation of businesses and business interests as well as issues related to marital dissolution, child support, shareholder disputes, economic damages, and lost profits analysis.
Outside of litigation, Mr. Clark has provided valuation and consulting services for businesses in a wide variety of industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, professional practices, transportation, chiropractic firms, wholesale distributors, and many more. He has assisted many businesses with planning for a business transition, perform due diligence before a sale transaction, and helping to build value up to listing the business for sale.
Mr. Clark currently serves as the chair of NACVA’s Standards Board.

Andrew Kelly, ABV, CFE, MAFF
Andrew Kelly is a Director on RSM US LLP’s Financial Investigations and Dispute Advisory Services team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In his current role, Mr. Kelly serves as a financial forensics expert witness and litigation consultant with concentrations on valuation, financial analysis, and forensic accounting services. He provides these services for a broad range of engagements involving business and asset valuation and appraisal, economic damage assessment, financial forensic and fraud investigative accounting, and litigation support for individuals, closely held companies, public and private businesses, investment funds, attorneys, and others. He has qualified as an expert witness in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey, State of Delaware, and State of Texas. Mr. Kelly has been involved in several high-profile cases including, but not limited to, federal criminal and civil trials related to Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) indictments, internal corruption, and theft investigations, complex federal and state civil litigation, and high net worth family law court matters.
Mr. Kelly serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University. In addition to his role with the Fox School of Business, he supports the university's student-athletes by serving as the Vice President of the Temple Owl Club.
Mr. Kelly currently serves as the chair of NACVA’s AI and Machine Learning Commission.
