Karen M. Lascelle, CPA, CVA, CFE
Karen Lascelle has been working in public accounting for over 20 years. Having worked extensively with businesses and individuals in commercial services and tax compliance, Ms. Lascelle is a business valuation expert specializing in the valuation of closely held businesses for a variety of purposes, including: succession planning, gift and estate taxation, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, marital dissolutions, shareholder disputes, subchapter S elections, purchase price allocations, and bank relationships with SBA loan funding. She works closely with small businesses on tax compliance, financial statement, and business consulting matters.
Ms. Lascelle is also on NACVA's Ethics Oversight Board.

Peter Vollers, MBA, CVA, CMEA
Peter Vollers is Managing Director of Pilot Valuation, LLC. He has been Manager of Business Advisory Services at DRDA, PLLC, a top Houston accounting firm from 2004 through 2015. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) since September 2005. Mr. Vollers has over 30 years of broad experience in valuations, due diligence, new ventures, licensing, financial analysis, financial model building, business management, business planning and consulting. He is also experienced in Chapter 11 reorganizations and turnarounds.
Mr. Vollers has worked for major corporations (domestic and foreign), small main street businesses and start-up companies. He has worked for major corporations such as Cummins Engine Company and for the Swedish Industrial Development Corporation, a US subsidiary of Statsforetag AB, as well as projects for the Swedish Ministry of Industries.
