Incoming and Outgoing Board Members—Second Quarter 2021

Jonathan Jackson
Executive Director, NACVA
To assure the integrity of the Association, NACVA members have the opportunity to direct key aspects of the organization through participation on one of our five boards. These boards oversee Association activity in critical areas that have the greatest impact on our members’ livelihood. Their purview also includes the formation and recommendation of policies that govern the affairs of the Association.
After the conclusion of this year’s election, we are pleased to announce the addition of 10 new board members who will work to maintain NACVA’s position as the leader in the business valuation and financial litigation fields.
These members volunteer their valuable time to impact the entire NACVA community and profession at large. Most of these board positions are elected by NACVA’s general membership and serve a 3-year term. Our boards aim for both diversity of perspective and depth of expertise. A strength is that with staggered terms, the makeup of the boards change every year, which cultivates fresh ideas and perspectives.
We welcome our incoming members, thank our outgoing members, as well as extend a heartfelt thanks to the many members that have served on boards over the last 30 years. Their contributions are represented throughout everything we do at NACVA.
Welcome to New Board Members
We want to congratulate the following new board members and are excited to have this dynamic group of individuals join our efforts by bringing their unique talents and vast experience to the work of the organization.
