Hotel Accommodations
The CTI has negotiated and blocked accommodations at each CTI location (rooming blocks are limited). Hotel rooms are based on availability. Your registration confirmation will include details for lodging and other specifics, including event time schedule, locations of nearest airport, prerequisites (when applicable), etc. If your registration falls close to the date of the scheduled event, call CTI for hotel information. Group room rates not guaranteed. Book as soon as possible as rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Resort fee: Amenities currently include high-speed wireless internet in lodging rooms and most public space, self-parking at all lodges, use of designated pools, hot tubs, fitness rooms, laundry facilities, in-room coffee, digital USA Today, 800-number phone calls, 15 minutes daily computer use in business center including faxing and boarding pass printing. A portion of resort fee is matched by a congressional grant through the National Forest Foundationfunding local organizations such as the Cottonwood Canyons Foundation.
Salt Lake City Ground Transportation | SLC International Airport and Snowbird
Airport shuttles can be arranged while booking lodging through Snowbird Central Reservations (800-453-3000) or up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Current Group price is $88.00 per person round-trip or $44.00 one-way, pre-paid. Same-day walk-ups are accepted at a higher rate on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake International Airport. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Driver gratuity not included. Prices subject to change.
