NACVA would like to thank and recognize the following outstanding members:

Andreas Creutzmann

Andreas Creutzmann, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), specializes in business valutions as well as in valuations of intangible assets (e.g. relationship to clients, brands, patents, etc.).
 
As a German certified public accountant and tax advisor, Mr. Creutzmann has at his disposal many years of experience in various business sectors, including experience in the valuation of international groups as well as in the valuation of medium-sized companies.
 
As an expert in shareholders compensation claims, Mr. Creutzmann serves as a court appointed expert and prepares reports for the court of law.
 
Since 2000, Mr. Creutzmann has been a member of the DVFA in the group of experts for valuation. One function of this group is the drafting of recommendations for selected topics in the field of valuation approaches.
 
In 2005, Andreas Creutzmann founded the EACVA (European Association of Consultants, Valuators, and Analysts) with other well-known business valuators. The EACVA is the first professional organization for business valuation professionals in Germany. 
 

Wolfgang Kniest

Wolfgang Kniest

Wolfgang Kniest has been an independent corporate valuation consultant in the field of business analysis and assessment as a Certified Valuation Analyst for years. As a speaker for many years, he lectures on company analysis and evaluation, as well as company valuation at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and the FH Erfurt.
 
Mr. Kniest has cross-industry experience in the analysis and valuation of listed and non-listed, national and international companies.

As a banker, Mr. Kniest resigned after studying Business Administration at the University of Bayreuth with KPMG German Treuhand-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt in the Department of Financial Services. Subsequently, Mr. Kniest worked at the Chair of Business Taxation and Auditing of the TU Chemnitz as a research assistant with Professor Hensel. His teaching and research focus was in the areas of business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and international accounting. As an employee of the GC Corporate Finance AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt and the firm Goutier & Partner GbR Frankfurt, Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich, Brussels, New York, Mr. Kniest was mainly active in the field of business analysis and assessment.

Mr. Kniest is a founding member and current member of the admissions committee of the EACVA.
