Exit planning was chosen by the group to follow the October session on Mergers & Acquisitions. The discussion will center on the exit planning process with emphasis on how valuators can use their skills and knowledge to aid their clients make the inevitable decision regarding how best to exit their business.  Consulting opportunities for the valuator will be discussed.  Above all will be the role of the trusted CPA advisor on the exit planning team which needs to be made up of subject specific experts.  How best to serve your client will be a major theme of the session.
