Program Description
Businesses are founded to generate a return for their investors. However, data and market experience show most businesses cannot deliver the equity value at sale to fund the owner’s personal wealth goals. Participants will learn about analyzing the value of their client’s largest asset, their privately held business, in the context of their long-term personal wealth planning.

How You Will Benefit
After completing this course, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify the compound impact of the business value gap on their client’s personal finance gap
  • Summarize how to help clients grow business value to meet their family’s wealth goals

Who Should Attend
Personal and financial advisors and business coaches, as well as any professional focusing on maximizing business value.
