Program Description
This course will cover the advantages of developing a specialized practice and will include ideas on becoming a more trusted advisor to business owners, attorneys, and other professionals.

How You Will Benefit
After completing this course, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify the steps to developing a narrower specialty
  • Examine how a niche can reduce your marketing time and costs
  • Discuss how a narrower niche can result in more revenue for your expertise
  • Evaluate ways to develop closer, more trusting relationships with those whom we may never meet face to face
Take Aways
Attendees will take away specific ways to narrow their niche while expanding their geographic market. They will also take away specific ideas on why a narrower niche can result in lower costs but higher revenues. They will also have cost-efficient ways to develop ongoing relationships with those with whom they may otherwise have only transaction-oriented relationships.

Who Should Attend
Professionals who want to further develop their practices to be seen as leaders in niche areas while devoting less time to marketing.
