Program Description

This Webinar will explore emerging issues in physician compensation. Topics will include (among others) the incorporation of non-productivity based measures into physician compensation models; the effect of highly competitive employment environments on compensation; the purchase of intangible assets, charts, employed workforce, etc.; the effect of the aforementioned topics on compensation fair market value (FMV).

Mr. Ronnen Isakov is a director at SS&G Healthcare Services, LLC, and heads the organization's consulting practice. Ronnen helps healthcare clients improve their financial and operational performance in areas such as strategic planning, compensation modeling, business valuation and forecasting, market analysis as well as management and reimbursement consulting. Mr. Isakov has extensive experience working with physician compensation plans and due diligence reviews relating to physician performance. Mr. Isakov is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, The Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Health Care Association, Medical Group Management Association, and the American Health Information Management Association.

Mr. Grant Milby is currently a Practice Manager, and member of the operational and hospital consulting divisions of SS&G Healthcare. He specializes in decision support, physician practice due diligence, practice assessment, physician compensation modeling, contract review, and physician practice mergers & acquisitions. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
