Program Description

As in the valuation of any personal services entity, benchmarking can often have a big influence on a valuator's determination of the fair market value of a physician practice. This course will discuss specific methods of measuring and benchmarking various factors as part of a healthcare valuation engagement. Also being covered will be some recent developments in the healthcare industry and federal regulations affecting business valuations.
