Program Description
This webinar will cover the basics of healthcare valuation looking at key components that should be considered when providing a fair market valuation. Some of these components include third party systems; specialty-specific issues (procedures vs. office-based visits, capital incentives, etc.), regulatory aspects (Stark, Anti-Trust, etc.), and understanding the different entity types one may encounter during the valuation process (multi-specialty physician groups, single or multiple physicians, ASCs, hybrid models, etc.).

Richard E. Chasinoff, CVA Mr. Richard Chasinoff, director, has over 20 years of experience including planning and operations roles in community hospitals, and well as valuation consulting. Mr. Chasinoff holds the designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst® (CVA®) by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts™ (NACVA®). Mr. Chasinoff has a broad range of experience with similar types of engagements.
Zachary M. Grauman, CVA Mr. Zachary Grauman is a senior analyst who works with healthcare providers on financial analysis and modeling. He prepares analyses and client deliverables for a variety of strategic, financial, and fair market valuation engagements. Mr. Grauman holds the designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
