Program Description
Advanced value creation is a strategic process of double or tripling the value of the business over a three to five year period. It should only be undertaken after completion of an exit readiness assessment, business valuation, a risk mitigation program and exit planning. After these steps, the owner is in a position to make a better, more informed decision and the corresponding commitment to stay and grow the business or undertake the process to exit the business.
During this webinar, Mr. Snider will use a case study from EPIs Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) program to demonstrate the value creation process showing attendees how to introduce and engage business owners in the value creation process, recognize the value drivers which lead to increased value, implement a system to ensure these opportunities are harvested, and periodically revisit these value drivers to determine how the goals are being met and what changes are needed to get or keep things on track.
