Program Description
Students will learn the Private Business Standards, which are best practices across the 18 areas comprising the totality of a business’ operations. You will then be introduced to three phases of a business consulting engagement: discovery, planning, and execution, as well as your roles in a business consulting engagement as architect, general contractor, and subject matter expert. This understanding helps properly scope the consulting engagement. Materials covered include an engagement proposal, a business analysis, and a strategic growth plan.
