Session 1: Commercial Damages

Program Description: This course will discuss commercial damages from both the legal perspective and the forensic accounting perspective. This topic will cover a wide range of damages in areas such as intellectual property, shareholder disputes, fraud/embezzlement, lost profits, breach of contract, and other damages.
Learning Objectives: After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify considerations from a legal perspective as they relate to commercial damages
- Identify considerations from a forensic accounting perspective as they relate to commercial damages
