The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA®) stands alone from other professional valuation organizations in its commitment to publishing. Deemed as the “Publishing Juggernaut in Business Valuation and Financial Litigation,” NACVA is extending an opportunity for you to submit articles for consideration in our prestigious publications. These include The Value Examiner®, QuickRead®, and the Journal of Forensic and Investigative Accounting.

These publications allow authors the opportunity to not only get published but also to share their expertise with their peers while earning valuable CPE credit. These articles can be a terrific way to demonstrate your skillset to clients and increase your visibility to obtain additional new business. The CPE is NACVA CPE which can be used toward recertification requirements and is accepted by many state CPE boards and accrediting organizations, although individuals should confirm if this meets those requirements.

Here is a brief summary of each publication and the type of articles you might consider submitting:

The Value Examiner
The Value Examineris an independent, professional development journal dedicated to the exploration of value and its ramifications for consultants. It is the singular source of timely, technical, in-depth articles written for consultants by practitioners and academics at the top of their respective fields. The distinguished authors bring expertise acquired from years of training and experience to bear upon topics both practical and theoretical.  There are six bi-monthly issues each year.
 
QuickRead
Readers of the weekly QuickRead will come to appreciate it as a primary source for current news and information highlights in the high demand financial consulting areas, including: valuation/appraisal, case law, expert witness, financial accounting, financial forensics, healthcare, litigation consulting, taxation, practice management, mergers and acquisitions, exit planning, fraud risk management, forensic accounting, estate planning, and other related areas.
 
Journal of Forensic and Investigative Accounting
The Journal of Forensic and Investigative Accounting (JFIA) is an open access journal that publishes creative and innovative studies employing research methodologies that logically and clearly identify, describe and illuminate important academic forensic accounting, fraud, and litigation services issues; tests and improves forensic accounting research skills, tools, and techniques; stimulates discussion and experimentation in instructional means, methods, and materials in the field of forensic accounting and research in general; exchanges of ideas and findings about developments related to instruction, learning, and curricular issues in forensic accounting and fraud education.
