NACVA would like to thank and recognize the following outstanding members:

Kim Linebarger

Kimberly Linebarger, CFA, ASA, CVA
Kimberly Linebarger is a manager in the business valuations consulting group at Moss Adams LLP based in Portland, Oregon.  Her valuation work involves shareholder disputes, marital dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, report reviews, estate planning, and tax reporting matters.  She works closely with various industry groups within the firm including the automotive and dealer services group which provides consulting, tax, and accounting services to clients throughout the United States.

Ms. Linebarger started her career with Shannon Pratt Valuations where she worked for over eight years.  She is a contributing author to various publications such as Analyzing Complex Appraisals for Business Professionals (2016), Cost of Capital: Applications and Examples, Fifth Edition (2014), BVR’s Guide to Personal vs. Enterprise Goodwill, Fifth Edition (August 2012), and The Lawyer’s Business Valuation Handbook, Second Edition (2010).

Ms. Linebarger's NACVA involvement has included a term on the Valuation Credentialing Board and includes a current position on the Executive Advisory Board.  She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). 

Rob Weinstock

Robert M. Weinstock, JD, MBA, CBA, CVA

Robert Weinstock is the managing member of Strategic Valuation Group, LLC (SVG) and has been involved in the valuation of ongoing businesses, professional practices, and real property for over 30 years. His focus has been on providing valuation services and analyses of financial, economic, business, real property, and other valuation issues for clients in a wide array of litigated and non-litigated settings. Mr. Weinstock has testified as an expert witness in California Municipal and Superior Courts, JAMS, Private Mediation and Arbitration, as well as Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Weinstock received a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University Northridge in 1985 and a Juris Doctor Degree from the San Fernando Valley College of Law in December 1993. Mr. Weinstock also holds a California Real Estate Appraisers License, as well as a California Real Estate Sales License.
