Matthew Stelzman

Matthew Stelzman has nearly 15 years of experience under his belt. Mr. Stelzman performs litigation support and business valuation services at Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough, PLLC in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Historically, these cases include valuations for marital dissolution purposes, wrongful termination or death cases, personal injury analysis, and damage cases. In addition, to his litigation support experience, Mr. Stelzman also provides valuation services to small and mid-size companies. As part of an accounting firm who maintains a client base of hundreds of automotive dealerships, Mr. Stelzman has formed a specialization providing valuation services to automotive dealers around the nation.
Mr. Stelzman has been a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA®) for nearly 10 years and became involved by serving on the Litigation Forensics Board. During his time on the board, Mr. Stelzman has written numerous articles that have been published in the National Litigation Consultants’ Review™ (NLCR™) as well as participated in the formation of exam questions to be used in the newly designed Master Analyst in Financial Forensics™ (MAFF®) exam. In 2014, Mr. Stelzman was recognized as one of NACVA/CTI’s 2014 inaugural 40 Under Forty. In addition to his role with NACVA, Mr. Stelzman also serves on the national editorial board for the Valuation and Litigation Briefing, published by PDI Global as well as the board for Signal Mountain Christian School, a private school at which his children attend.
Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Stelzman finds it important to help educate those following behind him by serving as an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial finance as well as managerial finance at two local college universities. Mr. Stelzman obtained his MBA and BS in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Mr. Stelzman currently holds a Certified Valuation Analyst® (CVA®) designation, a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) in Commercial Damages and Lost Profits, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA).
Seth Webber

Seth Webber has been performing business valuations and providing expert witness services for BerryDunn since 2007. His prior experience included management and consulting experience, including several years with Deloitte Consulting in Boston and Detroit. Mr. Webber holds a MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business
Administration.
Mr. Webber is heavily involved in working with clients to define and execute transition plans, including valuations relating to ESOPs, management buyouts, sales, and gifting. He also provides expert witness services to clients and attorneys on business valuation, economic damages, and lost profits.
Mr. Webber was the NACVA/CTI Conference co-chair for the 2016 and the 2012 Annual Consultants' Conference, and was a member of the Conference planning committees in 2009, 2010, and 2011. In 2013, Mr. Webber joined the Board of Govenors for IBA. Mr. Webber is a frequent speaker on various valuation-related topics throughout his home state. Mr. Webber has numerous credentials (CFA, CBEC, CVA, ASA, CBA) all focused on gaining knowledge to help his clients answer difficult questions related to value and succession planning.
