deliver persuasive and defendable valuations than any other course you will ever attend.

The program begins with a general discussion about the law and procedure. Next, a wide array of skills are developed and honed with the help of instructors and participating attorneys, sharing their experience and wisdom, and through real-world examples. These range from interacting and advising the attorney on the best strategies from a financial standpoint for settling the case, all the way through the deposition, creating impactful exhibits, and possible trial.
You will learn how to dissect and critique the opposing expert’s opinions and reports, and working with counsel to prepare for the opposing expert’s deposition. And if settling prior to trial fails, you will be ready for a flawless performance. You will be coached and guided by faculty who are seasoned experts, communications specialists, and litigation attorneys. The program culminates on day three with a mock trial in which willing attendees will have the opportunity to testify and receive constructive critiques from the faculty getting you as close to a real-life experience as possible.
In the end, you will learn the art of providing superior litigation support to attorneys, and if called upon, masterfully delivering persuasive direct testimony and able to withstand grueling cross-examination.

It was never a dull moment in class, and I learned a great deal during the course of three days. The
class culminated in a mock trial setting with cross examinations which were brilliantly played out and
invaluable to our learning process.
The Dynamics of Being a Litigation Expert Before and During Trial
As a litigation expert, it is imperative that you know how to avoid the unnecessary “landmines” that can creep into an expert’s report as these are a poor reflection on you and can undermine your credibility. You must be able to present clear, persuasive, and effective positions that attorneys, judges, and juries can understand, and paint a picture that will be imprinted on their minds. The final polish of a well-prepared financial litigation expert is you need to be able to calmly and measuredly manage a rigorous cross-examination if you find yourself on the witness stand, and intelligently counter the opinions of the opposing expert. These are powerful traits that all attorneys are looking for and traits that you will take with you after attending this training.
An outstanding instructor who always encouraged questions and made one feel one hundred
percent comfortable in the class, although many of us had very little experience in this field. It
was so valuable to learn from someone with such a depth of knowledge, genuine care for his
students and a pace that kept everyone engaged.

Excellent Instructors. Possibly the most knowledgeable and best presentation of any program I have attended.
