Practice Building Resources—Third Quarter 2016
Practice Building Resources
By Kirk Bowden
Having tools at your fingertips to build and grow your practice are of equal importance to technical education and resources. First and foremost to mention is our Member Directory. Our headquarters staff refers dozens of your potential clients on a weekly basis to the Member Directory where they can search for experts by industry, city, state, or zip code. We also exhibit and advertise within the legal community building awareness of the CVA® and MAFF® credentials driving your potential clients to the Member Directory. We encourage you to complete your member profile listing and update it regularly.
Here are a few other Practice Building Resources that will benefit you:
Practice Support Headquarters
Practice Support Headquarters (PSH) is a place where members of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA®) can find answers and solutions to their questions and challenges. The PSH portal points to well-refined programs and services we have offered for many years. What is special about this portal is that it is designed to help you narrow in on solutions quickly, as we have organized the navigation of this site, along with our program and service solutions, based on general areas of need.
Practice Builder Academy™
NACVA has enlisted Practice Builder Academy (PBA) to assist members with developing the marketing and positioning skills needed to get the work! Simply put, PBA delivers real solutions to real issues in real time. The solutions are the strategies and tactics that Mel Abraham and Rod Burkert have used to build national practices. These are not academic, ivory-tower marketing-isms. They are real-world, road-tested strategies that work in today’s digitally connected economy. And, when layered together and practiced consistently and persistently, the strategies will help you build your practice and re-design your life. These same solutions and strategies are taught at a new workshop entitled Make-Over or Do-Over? Your Practice Building Workshop. This one-day workshop is being offered in 2016 in Washington, DC and Las Vegas, NV. Visit www.theCTI.com/PBA to learn more about this new workshop, including dates and pricing.
