Whether you’re new to damages or refining your expert approach, you’ll leave with practical insights to strengthen your next report and your time on the stand.

This session unpacks the key takeaways from Connelly and explores its real-world implications for business valuators, forensic accountants, and estate planning professionals. We’ll discuss how the ruling affects fair market value determinations, shareholder agreements, and common valuation assumptions, along with practical steps valuators can take to protect their analyses and clients in a post-Connelly environment
