What does hybrid and virtual mean?
The event will be held in-person and broadcast virtually at The Chateaux Deer Valley in Park City, Utah and select state chapters. All super conference sessions will be broadcast virtually. The super conference agenda, when published, will indicate where the sessions will originate. Attendees can travel to Utah, a state chapter, or attend the entire super conference virtually from their home or office. Full super conference registration will include access to all conference sessions presented live, but not post-super conference for recorded sessions.
How do I make hotel reservations for Utah or at a state chapter?
State chapter accommodations will be announced. Hotel reservation cancelations are subject to hotel terms and conditions.
How many hours of CPE are available with full super conference registration?
Up to 39 hours of NASBA compliant CPE is available with full super conference registration. No additional cost for CPE. Full super conference registration does not include CPE from NACVA Recommended CPE Bonus Point Programs. These programs require additional fees.
What courses are recommended for NACVA tri-annual recertification?
Click here to learn more about the Recommended CPE Bonus Point Programs. For two of these programs, you will receive 12 bonus points each (24 points maximum) that count towards the 60-point requirement. Each program also waives $150 off the tri-annual recertification fee. Bonus points for these courses are only awarded once in a tri-annual recertification compliance cycle. Here are the 2021 dates for these programs:

What are the registration options?
Full super conference: $1,665 for members and $1,850 for non-members
A la carte sessions: $99 for members and $110 for non-members
If paid by 2/15/21: $350
If paid by 2/28/21: $300
If paid by 3/31/21: $150
If paid by 4/30/21: $100
If paid by 5/31/21: $75
There are discounts available for multiple attendees from the same firm and paying together (call Member/Client Services to register multiple attendees):
2–3 attendees: $50 discount per registrant
4–5 attendees: $100 discount per registrant
6–10 attendees: $150 discount per registrant
11–15 attendees: $200 discount per registrant
16+ attendees: $250 discount per registrant

When will the agenda be available?
It will be published online in early to mid-February.
For the in-person events, will there be networking activities available or additional fees for these activities?
Networking activities will be considered (COVID-19 compliant) and additional fees are to be determined.
What happens to the in-person events if COVID-19 issues are still paramount?
All conference sessions will be broadcast virtually and the conference will proceed fully online only. Hotel reservation cancelations are subject to hotel terms and conditions.
What about airline travel reservations?
Airline reservations are on-own and subject to airline policies for any cancelations or changes.
What about ground transportation from Salt Lake City International Airport to The Chateaux Deer Valley?
Details are forthcoming. The Chateaux Deer Valley is approximately 40 miles one-way from the airport.
