Program Description

A Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice is a specialized area that provides CPA firms, and other transaction advisors, an excellent alternative to grow revenues and differentiate their services offering, with feeder services, to their traditional services such as tax and audit. It also provides advisors with the means to differentiate themselves and nurture long-term client relationships; since the primary aim of TAS is to support clients with the strategies, resources, and tools to grow, protect, and harvest business value.

This webinar explores the trends that make TAS such a compelling proposition for transaction advisors in general and for small and mid-sized CPA firms in particular. In addition, it outlines the latest developments in the regulation of middle market M&A transactions and explains how practitioners can move into this growing field.

Learning Objectives

After completing this webinar, attendees will be able to:

- Identify current market trend influencing TAS
- Articulate the strategies and skill sets required to develop a thriving TAS practice
- Formulate strategies to move into this field
