This webinar will provide the audience with an overview of oil and gas exploration, financing, and valuation. At a high level, it will cover geological and engineering techniques used to estimate oil and gas reserve volumes and how those estimates are used in discounted cash flow analysis. Discount rate development and transaction analysis ($/barrels of reserves and $/flowing barrel equivalent) will also be addressed.
