Mr. Joe Golden, Principal at The McLean Group, has worked with middle market businesses for more than 30 years, during which time he has been the founder, owner, and president of four businesses. His recent transactions include advising eXMeritus in its sale to Boeing (NYSE: BA); SENSA Solutions in its sale to Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), and Consolidated Safety Services in its acquisition of Dynamac Corporation. Washington Technology magazine named the eXMeritus acquisition one of its "Deals of The Year."

Mr. Golden holds a BS in accounting from Virginia Tech, where he graduated summa cum laude. A CPA and Certified Management Accountant since the early 1980s, he is a former chair of Virginia Governor's Conference on Small Business, and a former member of Northern Virginia Technology Council's CFO Steering Committee.
