Ms. Olivier began her career with The Pinnacle Group as Billing Manager in August 2007 where she oversaw her team comprised of coders, billers, payment posters, and data entry personnel. In that role, Ms. Olivier managed billing operations for diverse specialties that ranged from primary care and OBGYN to bariatric and cardiovascular surgery. She has demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, provide advanced billing solutions, and work diligently with a team to advance efficiency and profitability.

Daniel P. Stech, MBA, CMPE
Mr. Dan Stech has more than 20 years experience in health management and policy. He is a principal with the Pinnacle Group and serves as Executive Director of the Physician Fair Market Value Program. He joined the firm in July 2006. His main focus is on promoting effective, compliant, and successful relationships between hospitals and physicians. He specializes in the fair market value of physician compensation arrangements, the design of physician compensation programs, and in the development hospital-physician alignment strategies. In addition to serving as a principal consultant, Dan directs the Physician Fair Market Value Program data and compliance resource for hospitals and health systems. He joined Pinnacle following an 11-year career with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
