Ms. Karin Chernoff Kaplan routinely oversees fair market value engagements related to practice and business acquisitions, physician compensation, professional service agreements, co-management agreements, and other arrangements, including quality incentives. She is a recognized expert and speaker on these topics. As a regional manager for a local healthcare delivery system, Ms. Kaplan managed the daily operations of 15 primary care practices resulting in improved financial performance through expense reductions, consolidations, and revenue enhancements. In this capacity, Ms. Kaplan also developed and negotiated physician compensation agreements addressing productivity, expense management and outcomes.

Ms. Denise Palencik is a senior associate and has extensive experience working with clients on physician compensation models, fair market valuation as well as developing analyses for business plans, operational assessment, transactions and litigation-related matters.
