This specialty track focuses on the elements and process of calculating damages in cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. Damages covered include: lost earnings or lost economic support, lost benefits, lost future medical expenses, and lost household services. The course focuses on the most recent literature and sources of information on multiple topics in these areas.

Shannon Shipp, PhD, CEA, MAFF
 
Dr. Shipp has been a testifying expert since 1994.  During that time, Dr. Shipp has testified in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, commercial disputes, and business valuations.  His expertise is in calculating lost profits, lost economic support, lost value of future medical expenses, lost profits, and lost business value.  Dr. Shipp has testified on behalf of attorneys representing plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts.
