Kelley Dantoulis, CVA
Ms. Dantoulis is a vice president with Silicon Valley Bank providing financing and 409A valuation services to high-growth technology companies including small cap public and private companies, private equity firms, and venture capitalist throughout the United States. She is also experienced in addressing valuation solutions relative to trust and estate, collateral financing, and bankruptcy/reorganization. She has served companies within the energy, manufacturing, communications, and technology industries, and has consulted companies in connection with M&A, tax valuation, and transactional and corporate development related matters.
She has testified in federal and state court concerning business dispute litigation and is a frequent mentor to early stage companies on valuation, operational efficiencies, and financing related topics. Over the last three years, Ms. Dantoulis has been actively serving on NACVA’s Valuation Credentialing Board, and currently as the Chair for the 2014-2015 term.
Since joining NACVA, Ms. Dantoulis has had many opportunities to put her certification and membership to use. She regularly participates in panels discussing valuation topics designed to educate attorneys on valuation theory, concepts, and errors often found in valuation reports.
Ms. Dantoulis received a BBA in finance with a minor in accounting from Pace University, New York.
Brian Russell, MBA, CPA/ABV, CVA
Brian Russell is a principal of Valuation Analysts where he is responsible for managing litigation consulting and valuation engagements. Mr. Russell has valued hundreds of businesses since 1989, with a concentration of work in divorce engagements. His work also includes business valuations for ESOPs, family limited partnerships, estates and gifts, buy-sell agreements, dissenting shareholder actions, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Mr. Russell has also performed financial and economic analysis of damage claims for business interruptions and employment termination matters. He has provided expert testimony on business valuations and damage analysis on numerous occasions. He has been qualified as an expert witness in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. District Court, and in Allen, Clermont, Crawford, Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Hocking, Holmes, Jackson, Knox, Licking, Madison, Richland, Union, and Warren counties within Ohio.
