The CFFA testing consists of one (1) eight-hour proctored exam. At CFFA training only, an applicant may opt out of the last ninety-nine (99) questions on the proctored exam by bringing to training a report for federal court that complies with Federal rule 26(a)2(B). If an applicant is challenging the exam without training by receiving an experience waiver, the entire eight-hour proctored exam must be taken.
