Program Content

The newly updated Business Valuation in Litigation Workshop is designed to enhance the skill set of business valuation professionals having limited litigation and courtroom experience. In this intensive 4-day workshop, attendees focus on the common BV issues that end up in litigation, gain an understanding of the legal environment in which BV experts practice, and learn the skills necessary to defend their work amid the rigors of the litigation process. Program attendees will be coached and cajoled by our seasoned faculty of valuation and litigation experts.
